At the Wandsworth Osteo Clinic we take your treatment plan very seriously and need you to commit to your planned appointments to ensure you achieve your recovery
goals.
A cancelled or missed sessions not only wastes our therapists valuable time but may also prevent a patient in pain from finding a spot in our team’s schedule. To prevent this, we require that you must give at least 8 hours notice if you are unable to attend one of your scheduled appointments
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or do not give a FULL 8 Hours notice of your inability to attend a session a 50% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
We are registered with all major health care insurers including Vitality, Bupa International, Cigna and WPA. Please check with your insurance and terms of your policy.
Please note that for all appointments with the Wandsworth Osteo Clinic patients are responsible for all payments and claims with their insurance directly. We can provide you with a receipt on request.
AXA Patients – please advise us at the time of booking if you are with AXA. Unfortunately AXA have capped their payment fees to £35, which after costs and clinic rental leaves very little for the practitioner. We therefore no longer deal with AXA directly although we are able to provide you with a receipt to claim any difference from the treatment you have received.
